  Not only was the location horrible with no cell phone or internet service. And the paint job looked like a small child did it. But they also never gave receipts. At the end of our leasing term we were told we would receive a deposit, but instead we received a bill full of ridiculous charges. "$50 for a commons fee"???? "$10 for lightbulbs."??? There are many other apartments in the area, much nicer, and at comparable prices. You're better off with them! Because the management at The Suites and Villas only care about getting every penny they can out of you.

  I lived in the Villas II, which is under the same owner, as well as, I was allowed to use the gym and pool at The Suites and Villas I. I loved living there. I had noise neighbors that fought a lot, but that's just a part of life. The apartment was really nice and had a great location. I have been studying aboard and Ginger has been working with me to get me a place back in the same building. We've had problems in the past, but we worked through them quickly and we have a good relationship with each other. She treats me well as a resident and the mutual respect for one another makes a big difference in my life as a resident. It is fair better than any apartment I've ever lived in, and I have lived in a lot of them! Thanks Ginger for trusting me!

  Great place to live. They took care of my every need. Best price for what they offer which is a lot. Pool, Gym, BB court, Study room. Place was quiet and they had a campus cop living there that did rounds at night. When I moved out I received my entire deposit back. I would not live anywhere else.
